Blue Sky Mortgages is a trading style of Holmes Court Securities Limited established in 1990. Regulated by both the Financial Services Authority (302301) and the Office of Fair Trading (298249) the company deals solely in providing specialist product solutions for professional Intermediaries, these include:-
- Residential Conforming and Non-Conforming mortgages
- Commercial Mortgages
- Secured Loans
- First and Second Charge Conforming and Non-Conforming bridging
In addition to the more well known lenders we have many smaller, often privately funded facilities, not readily available to the wider market. All our senior staff have a minimum of 10 years industry experience from the Underwriters through to Administrators and are dedicated to utilising our resources to provide constructive solutions to the most difficult of problems.
Holme Finance Bridging Solutions
Holme Finance Bridging Solutions is our dedicated internal lending division. We specialise in Non-FSA Regulated bridging finance privately funded and internally underwritten. This facility is exclusively for our supporting Intermediaries.
Senior Management
Our team is headed by Ian and David Broadbent who run the business on a day to day basis. Between them they have over 60 years experience in the sector.
